I’ve been writing code since I was ten years old, been managing engineers since 2003, and running agile development since 2005. Nothing is better than being hands-on writing code with an experienced team who knows what they’re doing.

I love building a robust and fast-paced engineering culture from the inside, and creating world-class teams that deliver proven value to their customers.
